Q: Do I need a day-of coordinator if my venue has one?

A: Yes. The coordinator at the venue is there to execute the contract; a professional coordinator is there to execute your vision.

Q: When should I hire you?

A: The sooner the better. Ideally, at the beginning of the planning process so your coordinator has ground floor information on what you want. About 6 weeks before is a typical reservation timeline. However, if you need a coordinator in a week, we can make that happen too.

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes, we absolutely do!

Q: Do you work with my vendors?

A: Yes! We pride ourselves in our ability to bring the team together to protect your special day from chaos. Though we have a list of preferred vendors, we will work with and lead the team you’ve chosen.

Q: Are rehearsals included?

A: Depending on the tier you decided to use. We are always able to add in rehearsal services though!

Q: Do you carry insurance?

A: Absolutely. Our insurance is through Hiscox, a well known insurance provider and we can provide COIs for your vendors and venues as needed.

Q: Can I customize my package?

A: Absolutely! No two events are the same so no two packages are going to fit just right. We will work with you to make sure you have the services you need for your own peace of mind.
